St. John’s Bread & Life, in partnership with Care For The Homeless, offers a crucial on-site health clinic that provides vital medical services. This collaborative effort ensures that those in need have access to comprehensive healthcare, helping to address their immediate medical needs and work towards breaking the cycle of homelessness.

The Care for the Homeless team:
- Assesses immediate and chronic health issues, such as asthma, diabetes, hypertension, bronchitis and pneumonia
- Connects guests with appropriate services based on individual health needs
- Provides rapid HIV and T.B. testing
- Offers intensive case management as needed
