Please join us at Artshack Brooklyn Ceramics Studio on Saturday, November 17 from 7:30–9:30 p.m. for Empty Bowls, a fundraiser to fight hunger.

What is Empty Bowls?

The first Empty Bowls suppers were launched by clay artists in the ‘90s to bring communities together to fight hunger and poverty. This year, during National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week, Artshack is hosting an Empy Bowl supper to support the hunger relief work we do here at Bread & Life.

Tickets Include:

  • An original, handmade ceramic bowl created by a Brooklyn artist

  • A simple, delicious supper and dessert made by local chefs (beer or wine also available)

Choose a bowl when you arrive, fill it with soup or stew made by local chefs, and enjoy bread and sweets from neighborhood bakeries. Add beer or wine in a handmade mug or tumbler if you wish. Afterwards, your bowl (and mug or tumbler) are yours to keep!

Space is limited - purchase your tickets today!
