Food Stamps & Medicaid

Bread and Life is currently participating in a citywide pilot program to assist individuals and families in applying for food stamps.  Bread and Life was chosen as the sole Kings County provider to launch this new and innovative initiative geared toward increasing the number of eligible New Yorkers receiving much-needed food stamps. Applicants are processed Tuesdays and Thursdays by appoinment only.  You may come in at anytime during the week between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 to schedule an appoinment but your application cannot  be processed until the day of your appoinment.
