The first Friday of every month the Food Pantry is closed.

THE FOOD PANTRY provides three days of food once a month

	Food is picked up once a month, any day of the month (Friday for Seniors Only).
	Monday thru Wednesday 9:00am to 11:30am Must sign in by 11:00am
	Thursday 9:00am to 11:00am Must sign in by 10:30am
	Friday Food Pantry is for Seniors Only from 9:00am to 11:00am Must sign in by 10:30am
	Initial registration is required and recertification every year

MORE THAN A MEAL (Hygiene Toiletries)

	Initial registration is required and recertification every year
	Hygiene Toiletries are provided every two months
	Hygiene Toiletries are not distributed if registration or recertification is incomplete

MOMS’ SUPPORT GROUP

	Initial registration with the Food Pantry is required with recertification every year
	Food Pantry is Distributed twice per month
	Members are eligible for Hygiene Toiletries
	Group meets every Thursday from 1:30pm to 3:00pm Must arrive no later than 1:45pm
	New members are on probation for 3 weeks

REQUIREMENTS

DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED FOR ALL FAMILY MEMBERS –
MUST BRING PHOTO ID, PROOF OF FAMILY SIZE AND PROOF OF INCOME
(All documents must be recent. All must recertify every year.)

1.	Photo ID
	- Drivers License/Non Drivers ID
	- Passport/Resident Alien Card/Green Card
	- Work Permit/ Employment or Student ID
	- PA Card/Medicaid Card
	- Other Acceptable ID
2.	To Verify the Ages of the Children:
	- Birth Certificate/Adoption Papers/Custody Papers
	- Baptismal Papers
3.	Proof of Family Size:
	- Current Public Assistance Budget printout
	- Child’s Health Insurance card /Child’s current Immunization or Medical Record
	- Child’s current School Record
	- Custody Papers
4.	Proof of Address:
	- Utility bill: gas, electric, cable, and telephone
	- Lease/Rent Receipt
	- Referral from a shelter
	- Voter Registration Card
5.	Proof of Income:
	- Public Assistance Budget printout
	- SSI Award Letter/SSD Award Letter/Social Security Payment Stub
	- Annual Tax Return/Unemployment Record
	- Pay Stub/Pension Payment Stub
